In crisis management coaching, I will sensitively guide you through feelings of uncertainty, fear, and powerlessness—and toward acceptance and new perspectives. Treat yourself with appreciation and self-compassion!

Dealing with your inner saboteurs

Use self-empathy to actively bring about positive changes in your life. Develop an understanding of your needs, your feelings, and your inner drivers—and build a strong inner team!

Boundaries and responsibility

A lack of boundaries from the expectations of others can stand in the way of a life full of personal responsibility, authenticity, and ease. In coaching, you can unpack subconscious thoughts of guilt and relinquish responsibility to others. Find clarity for your own next steps.
