My desire to support others developed early in my childhood. But it wasn't until I reached the limits of my previous strategies after the illness and suicide of a loved one that I learned what genuine and empowering support felt like. The eternal savior and critical driver within me became acquainted with my self-empathic core, and I gained an enriching inner diversity that had been buried for many years.

During my coaching training, I learned to categorize and understand the processes I had previously gone through. Since beginning my "second life," I've been learning something about myself and my own limitations every day. This way, I not only bring with me life-changing self-awareness, but also a supportive attitude and the methodological skills to support people in difficult life situations.

My systemic-constructivist approach is enriched by regular further training, such as parts work (Internal Family Systems according to Richard Schwartz, Inner Team according to Schulz von Thun) or writing therapy methods.

Since 2024 I have been a member of the German Coaching Association eV, where I have been certified as a coach (DCV) since 2025. In additional, I hold the certification as Professional Coach in the International Organization for Business Coaching (IOBC).
